Terms of Use – Baraddy.com Application

By using the Baraddy.com application, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Platform Definition

Baraddy.com is a digital platform that connects exporters with drivers of refrigerated and dry trucks. The platform acts as a technical intermediary only and is not a party to any transportation contract concluded between the exporter and the driver.

2. Account Creation

  • Some services on the application require creating a personal account.

  • Users must provide accurate and complete information and update it when necessary.

  • Baraddy.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are misused or violate these terms.

3. User Obligations

All users, whether exporters, drivers, or marketers, must:

  • Comply with local laws related to transportation and trade.

  • Refrain from completing shipments outside the application to bypass the system or commissions.

  • Avoid manipulating ratings or creating fake accounts.

  • Deal seriously with accepted shipments and adhere to agreed schedules.

4. Fees and Commissions

  • A small commission is charged to the driver for each shipment completed through the application.

  • The commission is deducted electronically through approved payment methods.

  • The platform reserves the right to modify commission values in the future after notifying users.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All design, content, and software rights are owned by ASOM Company.

  • No part of the platform may be copied or used without prior written permission.

6. Disclaimer

  • The platform does not guarantee the commitment of either party (driver or exporter) to contracting or payment.

  • The platform is not responsible for any damages resulting from shipment delays, loss of goods, or fraud by any user.

  • The platform facilitates communication only, and full responsibility lies with the contracting parties.

7. Ratings and Reports Policy

  • Ratings are allowed only after shipment completion.

  • Any abusive or fake rating will be reviewed and may result in user suspension.

  • In the event of an official report, an internal investigation will be conducted by the support team.

8. Amendments to the Terms

  • The platform has the right to amend these terms at any time.

  • Users will be notified of any changes within the application, and continued use constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These terms are governed by Egyptian law.

  • In case of any dispute, the Cairo Economic Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
